Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and 100percenta.io ("we", "us"), the operator of 100percenta.io (https://100percenta.com). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. The site is for adults who want football forecasts and statistics; it is not a bookmaker and takes no bets. You are responsible for following the laws on betting where you live.

2. What we provide

• Forecasts: chances worked out by our models for football matches, published picks and slips, booking codes for bookmakers, statistics, tools and the data room.
• Every published pick is written to a public ledger before kick-off and graded afterwards. The record is counted from that ledger.
• Forecasts are probabilities, not promises. A pick with a high chance can still lose. Nothing on the site is financial advice or a guarantee of winnings. You decide whether and how much to bet, with your own bookmaker, at your own risk.
• Booking codes are made from the bookmaker's own markets at the moment they are made. Prices and availability can change before you place a bet; check the slip on the bookmaker's site before you confirm it.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. We strongly recommend two-step sign-in (Account → Security).
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once at the address on our Contact page if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account. Do not share, resell or rent access to your plan.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attacks the site, scrapes it in bulk, or is used for fraud.

4. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are charged in naira through Paystack. Card, bank transfer and USSD details go to Paystack, never to us.
• A plan runs for the days shown on the Pricing page from the moment the payment is confirmed. Buying again adds days to the end of your current plan.
• Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page and may change; a change never shortens days you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
• The developer API has its own plans and rules, shown at /developers; these terms apply to it as well.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, scrape or republish the site's picks, forecasts or data in bulk, except through the developer API within its rules;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, test the site's security without our written permission, or interfere with its working;
• use the site to break the law, including the betting laws that apply to you;
• upload or send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading (for example in the forecasting league, the tipster notary or match reports).

6. Tipster notary, forecasting league and match reports

• What you lock in the notary, the chances you give in the league and the reports you send are published under your handle (or as "anonymous" in the league) and cannot be changed or deleted after they are locked, because the public record depends on it.
• Free plan days earned as a reporter are a reward we may change or stop; they have no cash value.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its models, forecasts and texts belong to us or our licensors. Bookmakers' and leagues' names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe their markets and matches. Football data is shown under the terms of our data providers.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from bets you place, from forecasts that do not come true, from booking codes changed or refused by a bookmaker, or from the site being unavailable. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Nigeria.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please write to us first at the address on our Contact page; we will try to settle any complaint quickly. Disputes not settled within 30 days go to the courts of Nigeria.
