Refund policy

Plans on 100percenta.io are digital services that start the moment your payment is confirmed: picks, slips and tools open at once.

When we refund

• Charged twice, or charged without a plan opening. If Paystack charged you but your plan did not open within 24 hours, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the extra charge in full.
• The site was down. If the site was unavailable for more than 48 hours in a row during your plan, we add the lost days to your plan, or refund those days if you prefer.
• A plan bought by mistake and not used at all (no picks, slips or tools opened) within 24 hours of payment: we refund it in full on request.

When we do not refund

• Because picks or slips lost. Forecasts are probabilities, never promises; results do not affect your plan.
• For days already used, except as above.
• Free days (coupons, referrals, reporter rewards) have no cash value.

How to ask

Write to the address on our Contact page within 14 days of the payment, with the email on your account and the Paystack reference (on your Account page). Approved refunds go back through Paystack to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
